Therapy is not an easy fix, the selling of a dream, nor presenting you, or your client, with a temporary status of pleasure. Therapy is an emotional and challenging, exciting and stimulating, and compassionate journey in discovering who you really are, what you truly want in life, and what makes YOU happy.
Therapy means change : from a caterpillar to a butterfly, from ashes to a phoenix, from an acorn to an oak.
If you feel that you (or your client) are stuck, overwhelmed, drained; that Life seems to be going on without you; that everything happens somewhere else “out there”, and that you are not in touch with whatever is “in here”, you have already done half the job: you are aware.
Healing begins with awareness, and hence your healing has begun. What you might need now is support.
And this is the reason why I am a therapist: to facilitate change.
And this is also the reason why I have created this new series of workshops & training sessions, that can count towards your CPD : to meet you half-way between feeling stuck and knowing you can do it!
Inspired by the 8 stages of Erikson, we are going to expand our view, dive into Hope and Shame, observe loops and patterns, talk psychotherapy, spirituality and philosophy, and then rise through Exploration and Change.
